The High Speed Glass Tube Cutting Machine is a fully automatic CNC cutting solution for quartz, lime, and borosilicate glass tubes. PLC controlled with Taiwan Delta servo motors and touchscreen interface, it delivers clean cuts without cutting fluid or high-temperature heating — keeping your process clean and glass properties intact.
The machine supports manual or automated feeding with pneumatic clamping during the cutting cycle. An integrated automatic aggregation device collects finished pieces, and a reserved interface allows connection to downstream feeding platforms for seamless line integration.
