All models share the same core technology: a rectangular feeding system that replaces the traditional rotating turntable, delivering higher filling precision, reduced ampoule breakage, and consistent production output across high-speed runs.

The needle count determines how many ampoules are filled simultaneously per machine cycle. More needles = higher hourly output. The 2-needle SM-J39 suits small or pilot-scale production; the 6-needle SM-J41 is the most popular for standard pharma lines; the 8-needle SM-J42 is for high-volume continuous production. All models share the same rectangular feeding system and PLC control platform.
Yes — all models handle multiple ampoule sizes (1ml to 20ml depending on model). Changeovers between sizes require adjusting the feed hopper, tooth plate, and needle group, guided by the supplied operation and adjustment manual. The SM-J39 starts at 5ml; all other models handle from 1ml.
The sealing burners are compatible with pipeline gas, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), and liquefied natural gas. Gasified gasoline is also supported with a replacement burner head and pressure stabilizer. Oxygen is used as the combustion support gas across all fuel types.
Yes — all models support optional nitrogen gas blanketing during the filling step. This displaces oxygen from the ampoule before sealing and is standard practice for injectable medications and oxygen-sensitive chemical reagents.
