An ampoule filling and sealing machine is an automated system that doses liquid medication into glass ampoules and then hermetically seals each ampoule with a high-temperature flame, producing sterile, tamper-proof units ready for pharmaceutical packaging.
The SM-J42 8-Needle Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine is a high-output pharmaceutical packaging machine designed for large-scale ampoule production lines. Eight filling needles operate simultaneously, delivering the highest throughput in Sea Melody’s ampoule filling range. Like the SM-J39 and SM-J41, it incorporates a rectangular feeding system to minimise ampoule breakage and a PLC intelligent control system for precise, repeatable dosing.

All product-contact parts are 304 stainless steel and FDA compliant. The SM-J42 integrates directly with upstream ampoule forming machines and downstream inspection and packaging equipment.

The SM-J42 has 8 needles and is designed for the highest-volume production lines. The SM-J41 (6 needles) suits large to mid-scale operations, while the SM-J39 (2 needles) is ideal for smaller runs or specialist formats. All three share the same rectangular feeding system and PLC platform.
The machine handles 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, and 20ml ampoules. Changeovers between sizes follow the operation manual guidelines.
