Household Glassware Machinery
SM-J69A automatic bead cutting machine — a fully automatic, PLC-controlled diamond-blade dry cutter for glass bead and capillary tubes. 2.0–3.8 mm, 600–900 kg/day, only ~5% waste.
A glass bead and capillary tube cutting machine is a machine that cuts thin glass capillary tubing into short, uniform sections at high volume, holding tight length tolerances and clean, flat cut faces across a range of small tube diameters.
The SM-J69A Glass Bead & Capillary Tube Dry Cutting Machine is a fully automatic bead cutting machine for small-diameter glass bead and capillary tubes. Unlike traditional water jet cutters, the SM-J69A uses a dry cutting process — finished products require no water washing or drying after cutting, significantly reducing post-processing time and operational cost. The Panasonic PLC control system enables automation docking with upstream and downstream equipment. For smaller glass beads (under 2.3 mm) or a no-glue pneumatic process, see the SM-J69B Glass Bead Cutting Machine. Every machine is built under Sea Melody’s ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.

Yes. The SM-J69A is a fully automatic bead cutting machine for glass bead and capillary tubes. Once tubes are loaded, it automatically straightens and aligns the tube heads, applies adhesive powder, cuts, removes the tail, and discharges finished pieces — no manual cutting required.
Yes. The SM-J69A cuts with a long-life diamond blade rated for about 5,000 hours, giving precise, repeatable cuts with very low material waste (~5%, versus 25–31% for traditional cutting).
Output is 600–900 kg per day depending on cut length and tube size, with a loading capacity of 212 tubes per batch.
Dry cutting eliminates the water washing and drying step required after water jet cutting, reducing cycle time and operational costs. The SM-J69A also uses PLC and mechanical control rather than pneumatics, giving higher output stability and more consistent cut quality than pneumatic water cutters at equivalent tube sizes.
