The Automatic Feeding Machine is a production line automation component designed to automatically feed glass tubes into downstream forming, cutting, or processing machines. By replacing manual tube loading, it eliminates a production bottleneck, reduces operator labour, and maintains consistent machine feeding intervals — improving overall line efficiency and output consistency.
The machine features a hopper-loaded magazine system that orients and aligns glass tubes before delivering them one by one to the processing machine at the required rate. Adjustable tube guides accommodate different tube diameters and lengths, while a controlled delivery mechanism prevents tube breakage during the feeding cycle.
Sea Melody’s automatic feeder is designed to integrate with a wide range of glass processing machines in the Sea Melody product range, and can also be adapted for integration with third-party equipment. It is an important productivity upgrade for high-volume glass tube processing operations.
