Household Glassware Machinery
Large-capacity glass and quartz processing lathe for φ250–495mm tubes. Handles sealing, docking, connecting, expanding, and flanging in a single setup. Largest model in the J19B series.
A glass processing lathe is a machine that rotates glass or quartz tube between two synchronized, precision-aligned chucks while a burner flame softens the material, letting operators join, seal, and shape cylindrical glassware with both ends held in accurate alignment throughout the operation.
The J19B6 Glass Processing Lathe is a large-capacity lathe designed for the production of complex glass instruments using tubes from φ250mm to φ495mm in diameter. It can complete multiple processing procedures in a single setup — including sealing, docking, internal connection, side connection, closing, expanding, flanging, and glass sealing — making it the most capable model in the J19B series.
Built to handle the largest glass tube diameters in Sea Melody’s lathe range, the J19B6 is suited to industrial glass instrument production, large-format scientific glassware, and complex multi-step fabrication workflows. Every lathe is built under Sea Melody’s ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.

The J19B6 is the largest-capacity model in Sea Melody’s J19B series, handling diameters up to φ495mm. It also supports the widest range of processing operations in a single setup, making it ideal for complex glass instrument manufacturing.
In a single setup, the J19B6 can perform sealing, docking, internal connection, side connection, closing, expanding, flanging, and glass sealing — virtually all standard glass instrument fabrication procedures.
Yes — the lathe is suitable for both borosilicate glass and quartz. Higher-temperature torch configurations are required for quartz; please specify your material when enquiring.
Standard lead time is 40 working days from order confirmation, as each machine is manufactured to order. For custom or modified machines, allow approximately 60 working days. Contact us for a specific timeline based on your requirements.
