The Ultrasonic Ampoule Washing Machine is designed for pharmaceutical-grade cleaning of glass ampoules prior to filling and sealing. Using ultrasonic energy combined with purified or distilled water, it removes particulate contamination, pyrogens, and manufacturing residues from internal and external ampoule surfaces to GMP standards.
The machine integrates directly with downstream tunnel drying ovens and filling machines as part of a complete ampoule filling line.
