A bangle cutting machine is a machine that cuts continuous glass tubing or rings into individual glass bangles of uniform width with clean, even edges, ready for finishing and decoration.
The SM-J90 Bangle Cutting Machine is designed for cutting glass tubes into glass bangles and rings. It uses a servo motor driving a roller-and-chain system to transport glass tubes through the heating zone, where the tube reaches the required temperature before a precision blade makes a clean cut. The machine is suitable for a tube diameter range of Φ65–75mm and a wide bangle width range of 7–400mm, covering thin bangles to wide rings in a single machine.
