SM-J20 double wall glass bottle threading machine. Loads inner and outer glass walls, picks up inner, burns both soft, hooks edges together, threading mold forms threads. PLC controlled. Tube Φ50–110mm, output 48–60 pcs/h.
The SM-J20 Double Wall Bottle Threading Machine is specifically designed for forming screw threads on double-wall glass bottles — a specialised process not possible on standard threading machines. Both inner and outer glass walls are loaded simultaneously; the inner wall is then automatically extracted, both walls are heated to softening point, the edges are hooked together, and the threading mold presses down to form and polish the final thread. PLC-controlled with programmable presets and optional smart mass controller.
