The SM-J96 Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine is a dedicated pharmaceutical-grade cleaning system for glass vials and ampoules. Bottles pass through a multi-stage cleaning sequence: initial ultrasonic immersion cleaning, boiling water rinse, purified compressed air purge, pure water or distilled water precision cleaning, and final clean compressed air purge. All water-contact parts are 316L stainless steel for pharmaceutical compliance. PLC control with touch screen and variable frequency speed regulation.

Why is 316L stainless steel used for water-contact parts?

316L stainless steel has superior corrosion resistance to the purified water, cleaning agents, and pharmaceutical process fluids used in vial washing. It is the standard material specification for pharmaceutical process equipment (GMP-compliant). The SM-J96 uses 316L for all surfaces that contact water or cleaning fluid, with 304 stainless for outer panels and nylon for bottle-contact parts that require gentler contact.
