The SM-J16 Triangle/Erlenmeyer Flask Blowing Machine is designed for the automated production of conical (Erlenmeyer) flasks and other triangular-section glass labware. It transforms glass tubes into the characteristic wide-base, narrow-neck flask profile using a controlled glass blowing and moulding process — a staple of scientific laboratory glassware production.
The machine uses multi-station flame-working to heat the glass tube to forming temperature, then applies controlled air pressure to blow the molten glass into precision metal moulds. The result is consistently shaped Erlenmeyer flasks with accurate volume graduation and reliable flat-base stability.
