The SM-J72 12-Head Double Chuck Vial Making Machine is a rotating table machine for producing glass vials, medicine bottles, and small glass containers. Glass tubes are clamped simultaneously at both ends by the double-chuck system, ensuring precise centering during high-temperature forming across 12 stations (expandable to 32 stations). Available in multiple models covering different diameter ranges and output requirements. Optional auto tube loading eliminates manual feeding. Can also be configured for standard bottle mouth or threading production.
