The Annealing Furnace is a controlled-atmosphere heat treatment furnace designed to relieve internal stress in freshly formed glass products. After glass items are blown, pressed, or sealed, they contain thermal stress that can cause spontaneous cracking unless slowly cooled through an annealing cycle. This furnace provides a precisely controlled temperature ramp-down to produce stress-free, durable glass products.
Available as a standalone unit or integrated with Sea Melody glass forming machines via a conveyor system for inline annealing.

During forming, glass develops internal thermal stresses as it cools unevenly. Without annealing, these stresses can cause spontaneous cracking or breakage during handling, packaging, or use. Annealing slowly brings the glass through its strain point, allowing stresses to relax safely.
Yes — the furnace is conveyor-compatible and can be positioned directly downstream of glass forming, blowing, or sealing machines for continuous inline annealing without manual transfer.
The furnace handles both borosilicate and soda-lime glass. Different glass types have different annealing temperatures — the programmable temperature profiles allow the furnace to be configured for each.
