The SM-J32 Glass Ceramic Printing Machine is an automatic high-temperature oven printing machine designed for permanently printing ceramic ink logos, scales, and markings onto glass products. Using acid- and alkali-resistant ceramic pigments fired at over 600°C, it produces durable, permanent prints that bond to the glass surface and withstand sterilisation, washing, and chemical exposure.
The machine features silicon carbide rod or heating wire heating elements that reach operating temperature within 25 minutes. A frequency controller provides precise speed adjustment, while the hinged oven top opens easily for maintenance and screen replacement. Automatic bottle loading, printing, sintering, and collection are integrated into a single continuous production process.
The SM-J32 is widely used in pharmaceutical, laboratory, and specialty glass manufacturing for permanent scale marking, branding, and regulatory printing on glass containers and tubes.
