The Glass Teapot Handle Attaching Machine automates the precise joining of glass handles to glass teapot bodies. Handle attachment is one of the most critical and technically demanding steps in glass teapot production — requiring exact positioning of the handle relative to the teapot body, and precise flame heating to fuse the two glass components together without cracking or distorting either part.
The machine uses a controlled oxy-gas flame heating system to bring the attachment points of both the handle and teapot body to the correct fusion temperature, then positions and bonds the handle at the programmed location. The PLC-controlled process ensures consistent handle alignment and a strong, durable glass-to-glass bond.
With an output of 25 pieces per hour, the handle attaching machine provides a significant productivity improvement over manual handle attachment, while delivering the positioning consistency essential for quality glass teapots.
