A glass tube cutting machine is a machine that cuts lengths of glass tubing into precisely sized sections, using a rotating tube feed and a controlled cutting action to deliver flat, chip-free cut ends across multiple tube diameters.
The SM-J22 Glass Tube Cutting Machine cuts small and medium diameter glass tubes while simultaneously polishing the cut edges — eliminating a separate polishing step from your production line. Two models are available: Model A for Φ12–18mm tubes and Model B for Φ20–30mm tubes. Both use an automatic intelligent design with a convenient material tray loading system for fast, continuous operation. Every machine is built under Sea Melody’s ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.
