SM-J6&8 linear type glass jar and beaker machine for borosilicate and soda lime glass. Produces 2 beakers per tube cycle. Four models covering 50ml to 1,000ml+, output 700–1,200 pcs/h. Optional eagle mouth forming.
The SM-J6&8 Linear Type Glass Jar & Beaker Machine is an automated production line for manufacturing glass beakers and jars from borosilicate or soda lime glass tubing. Double-length glass tubes are loaded from the hopper and fed one by one onto the conveyor, where both edges are polished, the tube is split, and bottom sealing is applied — producing two finished beakers per tube. An optional eagle mouth forming function is available. Four models (A, B, C, D) cover beaker volumes from 50ml to 1,000ml+.

Each model is designed for a different beaker volume and tube diameter range. Model A covers 50–150ml beakers (Φ42–58mm tubes), Model B covers 100–500ml (Φ58–80mm), Model C covers 500–1,000ml (Φ80–100mm), and Model D covers larger formats (Φ100–120mm). Select based on the primary beaker volume your production requires.
Standard lead time is 40 working days from order confirmation, as each machine is manufactured to order. For custom or modified machines, allow approximately 60 working days. Contact us for a specific timeline based on your requirements.

The machine requires pipeline gas or LPG as fuel, oxygen as combustion support, and 380V three-phase electrical power. Specific consumption figures are listed in the specifications table above.
No. A full operation and maintenance manual is supplied with each machine. Most operators can install, commission, and run the machine following the manual. Remote video training is also provided free of charge.
