Six-Station Eagle Beak Forming Machine

The SM-J75 Six-Station Eagle Beak Forming Machine uses a rotating table mechanism to form the characteristic curved pouring spout — known as an “eagle beak” — on glass bottles, teapots, jars, and containers. The glass is fixed in a chuck on the turntable, which advances through six heating stations. When the chuck reaches the mold position, the mold automatically presses the softened glass into the eagle beak profile. The process creates a precise, functional pouring lip that directs liquid flow cleanly from glass containers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an eagle beak forming machine used for?

The eagle beak machine forms a curved pouring spout profile on the mouth of glass containers — teapots, bottles, jugs, and laboratory flasks. The spout directs the flow of liquid accurately when pouring, preventing drips. It is a standard finishing step in glass teapot and premium bottle production.
