The Dry Oven (Tunnel Drying Oven) is a high-temperature sterilisation and drying oven used in pharmaceutical ampoule filling lines. After washing, ampoules pass through the tunnel oven at high temperature to eliminate residual moisture, destroy pyrogens, and sterilise the internal surfaces before filling.
The dry oven is the second machine in Sea Melody’s 3-machine ampoule filling line, positioned between the ultrasonic washing machine and the filling and sealing machine.

The dry oven is the second of three machines in the filling line. After ultrasonic washing removes particles, the dry oven uses high temperature to destroy pyrogens, sterilise surfaces, and completely dry the ampoules before they enter the filling and sealing machine.
Pharmaceutical tunnel dry ovens typically operate at 250–350°C for depyrogenation. The exact validated temperature depends on your regulatory requirements — Sea Melody can configure the oven to your specification.
