Overview

The Dry Oven (Tunnel Drying Oven) is a high-temperature sterilisation and drying oven used in pharmaceutical ampoule filling lines. After washing, ampoules pass through the tunnel oven at high temperature to eliminate residual moisture, destroy pyrogens, and sterilise the internal surfaces before filling.

The dry oven is the second machine in Sea Melody’s 3-machine ampoule filling line, positioned between the ultrasonic washing machine and the filling and sealing machine.
