The SM-J87 Full Auto Glass Tube Water Cutting Machine is a high-output, automatic water-cutting system for a wide range of brittle and hard non-metallic glass tubes including capillary tubes, glass rods, quartz tubes, lime tubes, and borosilicate glass tubes. The adjustable saw blade speed delivers smooth incisions with minimal chipping across the full diameter range (Ø1.5–20mm). Product length is set directly on the machine, and the automatic feeding system ensures continuous, unattended operation at up to 9,000 pcs/h. The machine is suitable for capillary glass tubes, glass rods, quartz tubes, lime tubes, and borosilicate glass tubes — covering most standard brittle non-metallic glass materials. The adjustable blade speed allows the cutting parameters to be optimised for each material type.
