A glass bead and capillary tube cutting machine is a machine that cuts thin glass capillary tubing into short, uniform sections at high volume, holding tight length tolerances and clean, flat cut faces across a range of small tube diameters.
The Glass Bead & Capillary Long Tube Cutting Machine is a purpose-built pre-processing machine that cuts standard 1,030mm glass bead tubes into three equal sections of approximately 400mm each. This intermediate cut makes the tubes the correct length for downstream bead water cutting or dry cutting machines (SM-J71, SM-J69). It is typically the first step in a complete glass bead tube production line. Every machine is built under Sea Melody’s ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.

This machine is typically used as the first stage in a complete glass bead tube production line. The 1,030mm raw tubes are pre-cut into ~400mm sections here, then fed into a downstream water cutting or dry cutting machine for final bead-length cuts.
