The SM-J78 Full Automatic Glass Test Tube Production Line is a complete, integrated system for manufacturing flat-bottom or domed glass test tubes from soda lime or low borosilicate glass tubing. The entire line is arranged in a U-shaped layout connecting five process sections: automatic tube cutting, dual test tube forming units, dual fire annealing units, and dual collecting tables. Just two workers are required — one feeding raw tubes, one collecting finished product — with all intermediate transfer handled by conveyors automatically.

The U-layout positions the raw tube feed and finished product collection at the same end of the machine, allowing one worker area to handle both input and output. This minimises floor space requirements and simplifies workflow. All intermediate steps (cutting, forming, annealing) run automatically on the inner loop of the U.
