The SM-J33 Double Head Glassware Oven Printing Machine is a high-output automatic glassware printing system featuring dual printing heads that print two products simultaneously, doubling throughput compared to single-head alternatives. Designed for ampoules, vials, glass straws, nail-oil bottles, and other tube or bottle-shaped glassware, it delivers permanent ceramic ink prints fired at over 600°C.
The machine achieves 80–120 pieces per minute, making it ideal for high-volume pharmaceutical and cosmetic glassware marking operations. The oven reaches operating temperature in just 25 minutes, with precision temperature control to within 1°C ensuring consistent ink sintering quality. An easy-open oven top allows rapid screen changes and maintenance.
The complete process — automatic bottle loading, dual-head printing, oven sintering, and product collection — runs continuously in a single integrated 9-metre line, minimising operator intervention and maximising production efficiency.
