A glass bead and capillary tube cutting machine is a machine that cuts thin glass capillary tubing into short, uniform sections at high volume, holding tight length tolerances and clean, flat cut faces across a range of small tube diameters.

The SM-J87 Full Auto Glass Tube Water Cutting Machine is a high-output, automatic water-cutting system for a wide range of brittle and hard non-metallic glass tubes including capillary tubes, glass rods, quartz tubes, lime tubes, and borosilicate glass tubes. The adjustable saw blade speed delivers smooth incisions with minimal chipping across the full diameter range (Ø1.5–20mm). Product length is set directly on the machine, and the automatic feeding system ensures continuous, unattended operation at up to 9,000 pcs/h.
