The SM-J12 Rotary Threading Machine is designed for high-volume threading on glass bottles and containers, as well as reforming and shaping of glass tubing. Available in 12-station and 18-station configurations, it uses a rotating table design with PLC control and built-in automatic loading and unloading. Optional features include reshaping functions, robotic integration, and a vertical-type configuration for processing larger products. Handles glass containers up to Φ120mm diameter.

18 stations provides higher effective throughput since more pieces are in-process simultaneously — the output figure assumes 12 stations.
